Are all products offered by DMCosmetics branded articles?

Yes. At DMCosmetics you only get branded items from well-known designers. We purchase the products from selected wholesalers in Europe and can guarantee the authentic origin of all items.

Sold DMCosmetics as “testers” article?

No. “Testers” are produced as demonstration products for specialist retailers. They often have simplified bottles and the packaging and serial number are usually missing. It is therefore difficult to determine whether these have been changed (e.g. stretched). At DMCosmetics you only get items in their original “retail” packaging, as they are sold in local specialist shops.

Do you also send product samples?

Samples can not be ordered directly from DMCosmetics Shop.

What is the difference between eau de parfum, eau de toilette and eau de cologne?

The difference lies in the proportion of fragrance oil. The higher the fragrance oil content, the more concentrated the fragrance. One differentiates in:
– Eau de Parfum (EdP): 10-14% fragrance oil content
– Eau de Toilette (EdT): 6-9% fragrance oil content
– Eau de Colonge (EdC): 3-5% fragrance oil content

What data does DMCosmetics Shop collect when I place an order?

We feel the principle of “data minimization” committed and only collect information needed to process your order.

What are the benefits “Order of registration” for me?

When you place an “order with registration”, your data (name, address, etc.) are saved in the DMCosmetics shop so that you do not have to enter them again for a subsequent order. To do this, you can choose a password that you use to authenticate yourself with your e-mail address for a subsequent order.
As a registered customer you have access to the customer account area “My Account“, where you can see an overview of all your previous orders.

Are my data safe at DMCosmetics Shop?

Yes. As soon as personal data is recorded, this is done via an SSL with RSA 1024 Bit encrypted Internet connection via Stripe or PayPal (this technology is also used in online banking).

My billing address has changed, where can I change it?

If you have chosen a “order with registration”, you can always change your billing address on the My account.

I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

You can have a new password sent to you at any time. To do this, click on customer account. On the following login page you will also find a Forgot your password link. After you have clicked there, you will be asked to enter your e-mail address stored with DMCosmetics Shop. Your new password will be sent to this address.

How long does the delivery take?

As a rule, ordered and paid goods in stock are dispatched on the same working day, some products from 24-48 hours.
Delivery takes 3-9 working days, depending on the country and courier you choose.

What does “Out of stock” mean?

One as “Out of stock “marked article (marked in red) is currently neither in stock in the DMCosmetics warehouse nor from our suppliers. Unfortunately, you cannot order such an article, but you can reserve it with your e-mail address. We will then notify you without obligation as soon as this article is available again.

Can I also order by phone?

No, it is unfortunately not possible to order by telephone.

Who delivers my order?

Orders that you place in the DMCosmetics online shop are shipped with GLS or SEUR, FedEx only for Germany. More information on “Delivery and Shipping

What can I do if a delivered product is damaged?

If you receive an opened or damaged package, please refuse to accept it. We will then send you a replacement as soon as possible.
If you only discover damage after opening the package, please contact us directly (E-mail). We will then clarify how you can get a replacement delivery as soon as possible.

What can I do if I only notice upon delivery that I have ordered the wrong product?

No problem. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You can also return products ordered in error to DMCosmetics within this period.

Where can I enter a different delivery address?

During the ordering process, you have the option of specifying a delivery address that differs from the billing address.

How can I pay at DMCosmetics Shop?

How long is the right of withdrawal at DMCosmetics Shop?

As a DMCosmetics customer, you have the right of withdrawal. Further information can be found here.

How does the return take place?

You are welcome to use our return form for the return. Of course, you can also contact our service team, who will be happy to support you with the return process.

How do I get my money back?

The amount for returned goods will be credited to your credit card or account.

Ordering

How do I order from DMCosmetics Shop?

Ordering online at DMCosmetics Shop is easy: As a customer, you choose one or more products of your choice and place them in the “Add to cart” or “click on shopping cart”. When you have finished your purchase, go to my “View cart” in the top right corner of the shop, and all the products you have chosen will be listed there again. If everything is to your satisfaction, then click on the “Checkout” button. If you have not yet registered, you have the option of either registering your order or placing it without registering.
You will then be asked to choose the shipping and payment method. Finally, please check your entries and click on the “Place Order” button. From then on your order has been accepted by us and will be processed by us as soon as possible.

Can I also submit my order by email or fax?

No, a written order by email or fax is unfortunately not possible.

Can I order several products at once?

At DMCosmetics Shop you can combine as many different products as you want in one order.

DISCOUNT COUPONS

How do I get a coupon?

You will receive the discount coupons as a registered customer with us via your email address or on “Sale!” side, at the top there are coupon codes for certain products.

How do I redeem a coupon?

Coupon is a combination of numbers and letters. You simply order your products as usual and you can enter this code in the overview of your shopping cart.

How is the coupon calculated?

The discount voucher will be deducted directly from the invoice. Please note that the voucher cannot be combined with other discounts.

How long a coupon valid?

You will be informed of the validity of the coupon when it is sent.

Visitors have the opportunity to publish a product review on the DMCosmetics website. We appreciate that you take the time to comment that will help other visitors. However, we ask you to refrain from the following:
• Third party material – this depends on your thoughts and opinions;
• Opinions of people or companies who have a commercial interest in reviewing their own product or competing products;
• profanity, abuse, anti-constitutional or racist remarks;
• One word reviews ¬ we want to know why you liked or disliked a product;
• phone numbers, email addresses, URLs;
• Information on availability, price or alternative ordering / shipping options.
Unfortunately, we cannot publish reviews that violate these points. With the publication you grant DMCosmetics an exclusive, worldwide, transferable right to use your text. You also grant DMCOsmetics the right to correct spelling of your text and / or shorten it if necessary.
